We will respond to your request within one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Breaches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a data breach, we will take immediate steps to mitigate the breach and prevent further unauthorised access. We will notify the affected individuals and the relevant supervisory authority (the Information Commissioner\u2019s Office) within 72 hours if the breach poses a risk to individuals&#8217; rights and freedoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains up-to-date with legal requirements and best practices.
